Another day, another drama

Hi everyone,

Last Saturday I went to New York to see the play Equus in Broadway, with my friends Silvia and Elodie. I have to say I enjoyed the play a lot. We had some very strange seats, raised on the stage, and we were literally some feet away from the actors, which was awesome. The play was very intense, and all performers did an exceptional job. As we just went for the play, before that we wandered around Soho, and then went to Times Square for lunch, at the Sbarro. After the play we went to Fifth Avenue because Elodie was looking for an item, and we passed the Rockefeller center. Then we did a little shopping in Times Sq. again, and had dinner in a messy McDonalds. Finally, we returned to Chinatown (that is where we took the bus), but before we went to Little Italy since some stores were still open. We took the bus at 10pm, and arrived Boston at 2am. It was a nice and calm trip back. I really enjoyed my Saturday, thanks to my friends for going!

In the pics: The stage of Equus at the end of the play (I felt very brave when taking the picture hehe), and the Christmas tree in construction, at the Rockefeller C.

You're not in Kansas anymore

Hi everyone!

Yesterday was Halloween!

I had a terrific adventure mainly with my friend Silvia. We spent some time in one of the rooms at the Hyatt with tons of people with great costumes. Then we went to a MIT frat party, which was not as cool as we thought. So we ended in a bar, with some other friends. It was crazy being out in the streets in such high heels, but it was worthy. We met a lot of cool people (or at least their looked cool in their costumes).

I also did some pumpkin carving on Thursday, but I don’t have those pics with me yet. I’ll post them later.

So, I think my costume is kind of obvious, but just one person actually guessed it right!! I was sad to hear things such as farm girl, school girl, even french maid?!? What was wrong with those guys.

Well, I hope you got it at a glance, see ya!
