Another thing I learned is how huge Boston is. I was in San Francisco for the summer, and although is a beautiful city, it is small compared to Boston. Boston Waterfront is just one of the many fantastic areas of the city. But there is also the Government Center, the Faneuil Hall and Marketplace, the financial district, Boston Common (with its Frog Pond), the Public Garden; lots of both, modern and historical buildings; and there is still a lot more to see in the side of the city we live (west), with more than 60 colleges!
The student world is another great mini-universe inside the many faces of Boston. Even though I’m just going to be here one semester, I hope to return one day to experience other Boston sides: maybe as a business person, a graduate student, or at least as a tourist hanging around in this beautiful city.
